Minka Kelly Strips, Is Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive (PHOTOS)

Minka Kelly is Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive for 2010.

"Done with the twenties," Minka, 30, tells the magazine. "I'm confident--confident in my skin, and I'm cool with my flaws and all that stuff. It just feels nice to be at peace with yourself. I think my thirtieth birthday gave me permission to have all that. The twenties were a pain in the ass--figuring it all out. What am I doing? Where do I go?"

Here are a couple of photos of the 'Friday Night Lights' cheerleader, see the rest here.

Washington Nationals trade all-star Matt Capps to Minnesota Twins

The Washington Nationals traded closer Matt Capps to the Minnesota Twins for highly regarded catching prospect Wilson Ramos late Thursday night. The move likely will hasten the ascension of rookie Drew Storen, the 10th pick of last year's draft, to the closer's role while sending the team's only all-star to Minnesota.

The Nationals also included $500,000 in the deal and will receive left-handed relief pitcher Joe Testa, who was recently demoted from Class AA New Britain to Class A Fort Myers.

Ramos, 22, currently at Class AAA Rochester, gives the Nationals a catcher to potentially replace Jesús Flores, whose shoulder surgery and subsequent setbacks have placed his future in doubt. Ramos, rated the No. 58 prospect in baseball before the season by Baseball America, appeared in seven games with the Twins in May.

MocoSpace Mobile Social Network Tips

MocoSpace the largest American social networking site with at least 11 million users is designed for a mobile device. It includes features such as mobile chat, instant messaging, photo and video sharing, blogs and forums. With this in mind, MocoSpace pay special attention to its users and safety features that potentially will protect them.

When looking at user safety, MocoSpace with the assistance of the Internet Safety Technical Task Force take this very seriously. Here are just a few safety tips that MocoSpace asks its users to beware of. Users must report any unsafe or offensive behaviour, they have to be honest in relation to their age and if found to be under 18 the account will be deleted by MocoSpace. The profile must not inlcude personal information such as an email address, phone number or mailing address. Privacy settings need to be adjusted so only friends can access your information. Cyberbullying, if found to be serious, will result in the user’s account deleted and possibly prosecution.

For users particularly teens, this information applies to them as well. Other safety tips include, accepting friend invitations from only people you know and trust and above all, the advice from MocoSpace and all social networking sites is not to meet anyone in real life that you have only spoken to online. The Internet Safety Task Force carried out a recent study which concluded that everyone can be put in danger particularly young people. It can be in the form of bullying, being sexually accosted or exposed by inappropriate content.
